We've had a busy and fun Autumn..
A trip to the local nursery school.. .
Willow Cottage Nursery in Long Hanborough invited us to talk to the children about looking after their teeth and what happens on a trip to the dentist. Our puppet Kwas a willing patient and the children got to check his teeth with a dental mirror and use the rumbly drill to fix puppet's bad teeth. 😁💙
Our dentist Cathy completed the Oxford Half Marathon.. A huge thanks to all our patients and team for their support.
Halloween Tips for Healthy Teeth
Pumpkin carving is a fun Halloween activity that doesn't involve lots of sugar! 🎃😁👻If you are trick or treating, we advise chocolate over sticky sweets that hang around on the teeth for longer. If the kids get a bucket load of sweets😩👹 a good compromise is to put the excess sweet haul from Halloween night in a jar and have a small amount as an after dinner treat, rather than nibbling on them throughout the day. This will lower the risk of decay.
