To keep teeth healthy, choose tooth friendly snacks at breaktime. Try
#freshfruit... The cliched apple, seasonal berries or banana
#houmous and veg sticks
#corncakes

Crackers and cheese
Plain popcorn

Coming home from school, encourage the kids to avoid the dreaded sticky sweets at local shops. They stick to the crevices in the teeth and put healthy teeth at high risk of decay. Safer snacks like toast and cheese or peanuts after school are less damaging. We  talk to our patients to encourage them to make safer choices.
