Practice Reopening

A Return to Face to Face Care.

Over the past few months we have been working hard to ensure we are ready to get back to caring for your oral health, promptly and safely, as soon as practices are allowed to reopen. Thorough cross infection control is already ingrained in what we do. We have been studying the guidance than emerged earlier from abroad and more recently from  UK regulators to ensure we were prepared for any changes necessary to how we deliver your care in response to the pandemic.  We have implemented additional measures to aid social distancing and have the necessary protocols, PPE and  staff training in place to get back to providing you with face to face dental care without delay.

Our dentists and hygienist will be offering extended opening hours and working extra days to enable us to see you without long waiting lists. We will initially need to prioritise patients who have had problems and postponed care due the enforced closure of practices in lockdown. We will be in touch with these patients very shortly.  Then we will contact anyone with cancelled treatment, hygienist and examination appointments.

Over the weekend 5th to 7th June Kieran will be on call for emergencies.

Please note, due to the current circumstances we will be operating a closed door policy. Please attend the surgery only if you have an appointment otherwise please contact us by phone or email. Reception will be back to more usual functioning on the 8th June. We do apologise if our phones are very busy initially. Please email us if you have a non urgent issue and thank you for your understanding in this matter.

We are looking forward to seeing our patients again very soon and thank you for your understanding and support.
